REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and fix the problem.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If it is, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
